This notice explains what Branor Studios Limited does with the information you share when you complete a Diagnose. It is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Branor Studios Limited, a company registered in Nigeria and based in Lagos. We are the data controller for your information. For any question, request or complaint about your data, email hello@branorstudios.com and a person will respond.
We keep what you tell us in two separate parts, linked only by a reference code that we use internally.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.
Only authorised people at Branor Studios Limited read your answers and contact details. We use service providers to run the Diagnose. They handle your information on our behalf:
Our notification emails contain your contact details but not your answers. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose it where the law requires.
The providers above are in the United Kingdom and the United States, so your information leaves Nigeria when you send the form. If you share contact details, you agree to this by ticking the first box. We share with each provider only what it needs to do its job.
Exceptions: if you become a client, we keep what the engagement needs while it runs and tell you separately how long afterwards. We may also keep information for longer where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Before any of your answers are used in research or to build tools or AI models, we remove your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address and any detail that could identify you or your business. A person at Branor Studios Limited reviews your written answers for identifying details before they are used. We never publish or share your name or business name alongside your answers.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us. If your answers are still linked to you, we will delete them. Once answers have been separated from you and used, they cannot be taken back out of tools or models we have built, but they do not identify you.
Email hello@branorstudios.com and we will respond without undue delay and within one month. We may need to confirm who you are first. There is no charge.
If you submitted anonymously, we cannot tell which answers are yours, so we cannot look them up or delete them. That is the trade-off of staying anonymous.
Please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
If a data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will tell the Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will tell you without delay.
None. A person at Branor Studios Limited reads your answers and writes your report. Nothing about you is decided by software alone.
This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. While you complete the Diagnose, your in-progress answers are saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device, so you can leave and come back. Contact details you type at the end are not saved there. Your saved answers stay on your device until you send the form, press Start over, or clear your browser data. If you use a shared computer, press Start over when you finish.
This website loads its fonts from Google, so your device contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
Your answers and contact details are held in an access-controlled database, in separate tables, and sent over encrypted connections. Only authorised Branor Studios Limited team members can read them.
The Diagnose is for business owners aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Names or other details that could identify you in your written answers, other people's personal details, or sensitive personal information such as health data.
If we change this notice we will update the version number and date at the top. The version you saw is recorded with your submission.
